Our quiet rural setting, free from light and other pollution, means that the night sky is beautifully clear and full of stars. Located at the south end of the Frontenac Biosphere Arch, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; we’re centrally located and an easy drive from Montreal, Ottawa, Kingston or Toronto. We’re open year-round for accommodations and stargazing, astrophotography, or dark sky observations with a telescope; electricity is available.
Weather permitting; B&B guests can enjoy a ‘dark sky’ experience, viewing the pageant of a star-filled night sky. We’ll arrange for you to sit out in a beautiful comfortable cozy location with hay bales, blankets, Muskoka chairs, a telescope, warm drinks, etc. You may even hear the coyotes calling out their own contribution.
