An abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables from our fields go directly into making all of our delicious and satisfying meals. Our goal is to elevate our guests’ culinary experience with a showcase of flavours. Guests can enjoy a variety of daily complementary breakfasts, optional lunch or multi-course dinner menus, and High Tea service made with all natural, local, seasonal ingredients.
We endeavour to “keep it local” by sourcing additional ingredients, not available on the farm, from other local farms; delivering surplus produce from our farm to a local soup kitchen; and composting organic waste from our kitchen to nourish the soil, which all contributes to our sustainable food model.
